Shut Up and Train! is the answer to all your workout woes. From the bestselling author of I’m Not Stressed comes one of the most comprehensive workout books that will help you get the body you always wanted. Right from weight training to bodybuilding, Deanne Panday will share the tricks of the trade to help sculpt your body—just the way you want it

Shut Up and Train is Panday's second book, and like her first book, it clearly shows how refined her knowledge is. No big talk, very simple explanations. Panday has take fitness, broken it down to it's simplest parts and explained things.

The book is divided into two parts. And there is also a section before the tqo parts, which tells the reader, how to use the book! Part one tells us the basics, about our body - our bones, muscle etc. Part two talks about muscle building and exercise.

Every exercise that we need to do, the mechanism of it is explained. If you are running, everything you need to know about it, is explained. Another good part of the book is that their are excerpts from celebs who are known to be fit. It's not a guidebook of how to lose weight or have a healthy skin, but, the book tell you what to how, how to do and when you do them, which part of your body will gain or lose.

Rating: ****/5
